Raiders fan survey: How do you feel about Klint Kubiak? When should Mendoza start?

The Las Vegas Raiders have endured a tumultuous half-decade. But after seemingly countless changes to the staff and the roster this offseason, it appears the franchise might be trending upward in 2026.

Las Vegas has its perceived franchise quarterback in Fernando Mendoza. And if an expensive free-agent haul is fruitful, it has the pieces to help around him. Add in an experienced coaching staff headed by a Super Bowl champion play-caller in Klint Kubiak, and the Raiders feel ready for a return to success. Those within the building certainly think so.

“We’re an improved team,” Kubiak said as OTAs concluded. “Our guys have taken the coaching. They’re doing everything we ask them to do. I definitely see an improvement from where we started.”
