Second Los Angeles wildfire burns out of control as thousands evactuated

A second wildfire in the Los Angeles area broke out late Tuesday near a nature preserve after an earlier blaze swept through the upscale hillside neighbourhood of Pacific Palisades, burning homes and prompting evacuation orders.
