When you wish upon a star, you may just find love with your fellow Disney Channel colleague. 

Indeed, there are more than a few celebs who dated during their come up on the iconic network. And, yes, some of their connections will make you believe in magic.

Take Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato, whose romance began while filming Camp Rock 2 back in 2010.

But their time together was short-lived as the pair backed down on their romantic feelings for one another in a matter of months.

“Demi and I knew going into our romantic relationship that it may not be an easy one,” Jonas told Us Weekly in 2025. “I realize over the time we have shared together that I feel I care more about our friendship right now. It was my choice to break up.”

But it’s obviously a brand new day for the pair, who recently reunited onscreen for Camp Rock 3.

“I love her as a friend,” he added of Lovato, who wed musician Jutes last year. “She’s been there for me when I needed her. I will continue to be her friend and be there for her.”
