It’s been so far, so good for Tottenham in the early stages of their pre-season ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.

They beat newly promoted third-tier side MK Dons at training ground Hotspur Way, thanks to a third-minute screamer from new signing Mateus Fernandes 10 days ago.

The north London side then defeated Auckland FC 2-0 at Eden Park last weekend, thanks to goals in either half from forwards Dane Scarlett and Richarlison.

And then last time out on Wednesday, they got past Sydney FC 4-2 on penalties in their third match after the 90 minutes finished 1-1.

Three games, three wins (of sorts), two clean sheets with only one goal conceded. Good job, for now.
